Monkey's Banana Bread Recipe


Prep: 20-30 min                                                                        
Bake: 325 degrees
Cook: 1 hour- 1 hour 10 minutes
Serving: 28

Ingredients                                                                                                
1/2 cup of Granulated Sugar
1/2 cup of Agave Nectar
3 ripe bananas
2 cups of Flour
1 tablespoons Baking powder
1 teaspoons Baking soda
1 teaspoon Milk
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract(optional)
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Salt
8 tablespoons of Butter(Whole stick)
Directions:
-Note: Preheat Oven to 325 degrees
1. Grab a medium sized bowl and smash the bananas with a rice spoon/ spatula
2a. Soften butter by putting it into the microwave for 20 seconds in  a small bowl
  b. In a Large bowl mix the dry ingredients except the cinnamon & sugar, which conclude, the flour,                   Baking Soda, Baking Powder, and Salt.
3a. In another large bowl combine the Agave Nectar and granulated sugar, until thoroughly combined                 into a thick(somewhat clumped) paste.
  b. Add the butter into the sugar mixture until thoroughly combined and fluffy
  c.Afterwards add one whole egg into the batch and combine
  d. repeat the process with the second egg until clumpy
  e. combine the mashed bananas and cream (lumpy result)
  f.Add the milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Whip the cream until nice and fluffy.
4. Mix the cream mixture in with the flour by folding the batter until smooth and no lumps exist.
5. Place in the oven for an 1hour to an hour and ten minutes at 325 degrees.
6. Stick a kabob stick into the bread, if it comes out clean or with little amount of bread with a golden brown outside it is done.
7. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for 15 minutes and enjoy.

Try this: Grab a spoon, two slices of banana bread, a plate, nutella and or peanut butter. Place both slices on the plate, spreading one slice with nutella and the other with peanut butter. Put each side with a spread together and enjoy it with a cup of milk.
