Facts: Ginger has been known in china for over 2,000 years now and has always been known to help maintain overall health. This root, similar to galangal, has treated nausea, constipation, intestinal gas, and improve the digestive tract.  Drinking or eating ginger for pregnant woman should be a plus because it also helps with vomiting, and stress,

Used for:
-Inflamed organs         -digestion                                     -calm asthma attacks
-stress                         -nausea                                        -treat liver damage
-soreness                     -Intestinal Gas                             -painful menstruation
-vomiting                     -treating Ovarian Cancer              -Ect.

Fun tip: Need help peeling without having to waste all that ginger?! Grab a spoon and just scrape the external skin of the ginger. the spoon allows you to move into the small crevasses.

Try this: Grab a cup that can be placed within the microwave and place slivers(thin slices) of ginger(about only a centimeter worth). Add water in there and place in the micro wave until its warm and to your liking. Grab some Honey and add about a teaspoon of honey in the warm ginger water(optional). This Ginger-honey tea is perfect for relieving sore throats, and stress.
