Go truly all natural!!! Truly yours, JAHK

Ok some days we just need to let our faces rest and breathe and to do that just leave it naked. Truth be told that you can not always try to prevent breakouts and dark circles with things like face wash. You just have to go natural by washing your face with some water and let your face become in tune with your natural oils rather than those face lotions and what nots. If you feel the need to put anything on your face just mix a bit of honey in water and apply it to your face and the best way to do that is spritzing your face with a spray bottle. Honey is known to be great for the face and also known to be very sticky that is why we add water to it; so the honey can be diluted. I hope you guys enjoy going natural.

Keep those summer foundations!!!

Ok so I'm sure everyone realizes their skin colors change a bit during the seasons, but I noticed that a few people tend to toss their summer foundations away because they feel that they have no use for it anymore. But they do, they just don't know it yet. Since summer foundations tend to be darker use it for subtle contouring on those day you feel like going a little natural. To avoid cake face place the winter foundation on spots you usually highlight and place your darker foundations where you usually contour. Then blend away and watch the magic work. So now you aren't throwing away you money and you look great. Don't Forget a little goes a long waaaayyyyy!

Miss u my little Chickities.

Hi My Little Chickities!!!I apologize for not posting in AWHILE. I know I suck but stuff happens. Now School is almost over I will have to start posting more. Hugs and kisses. XOXO :p

We Love What we Love

Have you ever met a person who is allergic to something they love so much they would eat even worth risking their lives? I have, actually quite a few so why can't we love the person we love as well. The LGBTQ community has always been suppressed and we have now opened the doors of possibilities with the new act of  DOMA (Defense of Marriage Act). Though the act has passed next up is the acceptance of the LGBTQ and thus we will continue are walk to true equality.

Dr. Jart: Ceramidin Liquid ( 5 oz)

Good for: All skin Types
Price: $32
Bought at: BirchBox

Dr. Jart's Ceramidin Liquid is a great and very wonderful product for people of all skin types and even best for combo or dry skin. This is a great combatant for acne because of the moisture it gives and to be honest dry is not the way to go.Dry, as in drying out your acne, hoping it will just go away. Ironically doing the total opposite helps your face way more, by hydrating the skin with Dr. Jart's Liquid your skin will try to heal its self and detox your skin.

Disclaimer: This product is tested by myself and bought with my own money and I do not own this picture.

Ipsy VS. Birchbox

Ok, straightforwardly I loved my subscription to Ipsy a lot better  than Birch-box because of many reasons. I feel that maybe I am judging these box subscriptions harshly but truthfully I hated the service I got from birchbox. When the package arrived I was so excited until I grabbed it to realize that a thick cloud of fragrance was stuck onto the box. The products inside exploded and overall I felt they should have individually packaged the products to prevent the other items getting destroyed.

I'm Loving my Ipsy

The best of me and you

Well today is later since I last posted, my weeks been so awesome with my new friends. My new friends are very energetic, see the best in people(or at least try to), aren't judgmental and even willing to help me out. Speaking of good friends they are one of the factors that are your foundation in life. They help you make and shape decisions whether good or bad; choose your friends wisely as they all say. Surround yourself with good people, not the ones that seem good, are rich, or are just popular. Most of those people aren't the ones that will help you make it to the top, the ones that make you to the top are the ones that are willing to be your stepping stones; those are the people that you need as your friends. Sometimes you just need to give them a favor back by giving them a hand in what they need help with.

You can use very little and it last for months so you don't have to buy a new one every month or so. Got to be Sexy with Schwarzkopf's Got 2b Hairspray

Price:$8-10
Bought: Walgreen
Stars: 9/10
Overall Thought:
This is the first Hairspray I've ever bought with my own money and I don't regret ever getting it. I have the older version because its lasted so many years. I've had mine since I was a sophomore in high school so its been four years and it still works exactly the same as when I bought it. Never bought a new one because I didn't need a new one and not to  mention I use huge amounts of it because I danced so my hair needed to be the same as when it was first styled. This product really did the job and totally worth my money.

Wet'n Wild's I'm Feeling Retro Eye Pallete

Pigmentation: 8/10
I love this palette on the go just because they are easy to apply and look great with my complexion. Perfect colors for the summer or for a special event.

Bliss: Super Minty Soap'n Scrub

My dearest chickities sometimes want to feel refreshed as if they just woke up on the beach and the summer breze hitting there faces so try this product. Its perfect at night or even the morning for that refreshed and relaxing feeling. This scrub is amazing when it comes to reducing redness thats why i love to pair it with St. Ives. Check out my pairing at:

http://jahkbeauty.blogspot.com/2015/05/st-ives-blemish-control-apricot-scrub.html

ST. Ives: Blemish Control Apricot Scrub

St. Ives Blemish Control is perfect for sensitive skin and even helps diminish acne scarring. Rinse the face with warm water, and apply it on the face for about five minutes. Don't rub the product hard onto the face it will cause irritation, just smear it over. After five minutes wash with cold refreshing water.

Try this: I love to pair this product with Bliss's super minty Soap n' scrub. Rinse your face with warm water. Apply(smear) the St. Ives on the face for overnight. Apply Bliss onto trouble areas that are swollen. Leave it on until over night and when you wake up rinse your face with cold water. Your face will feel refreshed, bright, and even airy.

Vick's VapoRub

I love VapoRub for colds, aches, and even to reduce swelling for my Acne. Yes, I said my acne. I apply it overnight on my swollen zits or pimples and the next day its less swollen. It may seem tedious but the less swollen and red the less its noticeable. I use this during the day when I don't have make-up on, though it makes you shine like the north star I'd rather shine that pimple that have it red and swollen for the next two weeks.

Note: Dont apply over open wounds.

Kiss my Face: Light Moisturizing Lotion

This lotion is very light and moisturizing, perfect for on the go due to its lock and spray can. Its fragrant free and perfect for those who have sensitive noses. You could hardly notice the weight of it as its moisturizing your skin. I air powered and allows you to easily construe how much is needed.

Kat Von D: Lock-it Tattoo Foundation

Price: $ 35
Color: Medium 53
Coverage: Medium-Full
Skin type: Combo
Build-able: Somewhat
Finish: Matte

Overall Thought:
This is my absolute Holy grail Foundation; perfect for covering blemishes for long periods of time. I've used this since almost 8th grade and I am now a Freshman in College. I wore this foundation when I was in a Dance group so dont worry about it sweating off or becoming too oily because it won't. A little goes a long way with this product and its perfect for any event whether it be to just dress up or to go to Prom.

Note: This product is not owned by me and I am not paid to advertise this product. This review is based solely on my own experiences.

L'oreal True Match

Price: $9
Color: W6 Sun Beige
Coverage: Medium- Full
Skin Type: Combination(Dry and oily)
Buildable: Yes
Finish: Dewy

Overall thought:
L'oreal True Match Foundation was actually one of my most favorite Foundations for a while, it can be bought in almost every drug store. My skin was Hydraded all day and did not ever feel dry and my scaring or acne could be easily covered without concealer. However, since my skin is prone to breaking out I did break out from this product over a use of two whole weeks daily. Its perfect for every other day use, not everyday use because my chickities the skin needs to breathe.

Note: This product is not owned by me and I am not selling this product.

The Magic Of Aloe Vera

I swear this is the plant of the century when it comes to healing and nourishing the body. Aloe Vera can be bought in drinks and skin care products but I prefer just buying the plant because it has so many uses raw. However, if your budget does not allow this or its more convenient just buy the skin products, i might not prefer it but you might.

Uses:
-Heal and relieve sun burns         -Relieve constipation                                   -Eliminate Eczema
-Cools down kitchen burns          -Relieve soreness of genital herpes             -Remove bruises
-Heal Athletes foot                       -Relieve Blisters                                          -Treat Acne
-Heals frostbites                           -Relieves external allergic reactions            -Ect.

Brain Game: Who is Shiloh Pipen and why is she named the mermaid girl?

The Magic of Lemons

Not only are lemons great to make a refreshing cup of lemonade and a little profit on the side, but it also makes for a great cleanser from the house to your skin.

Origin: Asia

Facts:
The health benefits of the lemon have been known and practiced for centuries, mainly due to  its anti-viral, antibacterial, and immune-boosting characters. Add lemons to that weight loss program you've possibly been struggling with because it is a natural digestive aid and it helps cleanse the liver. If you've got that one stubborn zit that constantly comes back, dab some lemon juice straight on it. At night add about 1/2 as much of rose water or honey water as the lemons to cleanse the skin, but its fine to just dab lemon straight on as well for the night routine.

Uses:
-Whitening the floors        -Reducing Pimples              -cooking
-Fragrance                         -Reducing redness               -reduces strokes
-Brightening the skin         -Whitening the skin            - ect.

Brain Game: What is the most expensive tea in Asia and why?

Make up Forever's High Definition Foundation

Price: $ 43.00

Bought From: Sephora

Build-able: Somewhat

Coverage: Light- Medium

My Skin Type: Combination/ oily and dry.

Overall Thought:  I had gotten this foundation for Christmas and I felt it was very considerable based on the reviews on YouTube. However, this product did make me break out and I even felt it extenuated the blemishes I already had. With make-up I know it will not cover all my blemishes but I expect it to decently cover it up because I'm not expecting my skin to look perfect just presentable when I do wear make-up.

How long does it last? : This product lasts to about 5 hours but you may need to powder yourself every one to two hours because you will look very oily/ shiny.

Would I buy this again: No, because my skin did not respond positively to the product and it caused me to break-out.

Would I Recommend it: Yes, to those with less sensitive skin and little to no acne/ Blemishes

Nature Republic's Aloe Vera Soothing Gel

Price: $5.99

Bought From: Koreana Plaza

This product can be found at the closest Nature republic's to you or online  for about $10.00 but it is totally worth the money you spend on it. This gel can be applied almost anywhere onto the body but do avoid the eyes and open wounds because it does contain alcohol. With an Application of this Aloe Vera you would feel awake, refreshed, youthful, and even glowing.

Note: I am not advertising this product as my own and I am not distributing or selling any products that are shown within this post
